Terms and Condition:

1. Price Term: EXW Mianyang based on project quantity of over 100 sets. The price includes solar panel, LED street lamp, controller, battery, battery box and pole set. The price does not include foundation.

2. Shipping port: Chongqing or Shanghai. For CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need and whether pole is needed, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local charges and sea freight.

3. MOQ: 5 sets. For less than 5 sets, price will be increased by 20%.

4. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as down payment, balance be paid by T/T or L/C before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.

5. Package: Standard export plywood case or carton packing suitable for tough handling and long-distance ocean transport.

6. Delivery: for 100 sets, goods can be ready for shipment within 20 working days.

7. Parts Service Time: Solar Panel 25 years, LED light at least 70,000 hours, Controller 10 year, Battery 5~6 years, Pole 20 years.

8. Warranty: 5 years for solar panels, 2 years for other parts.
